I realise I've gotten EXTREMELY slack with updating My City, New City. After this chaos is over, and Kara's school schedule and my employment and my general routine is established for 2009, I will begin updating daily once again.

The good news is I've hit 320 citizens, which means I can return 9 citizens a day, which will hopefully garnish more population overall in returns back. That means at 640 I can gift 10!
